We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions. If your question is not listed here or you need more help then please email us on support@jamhappi.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hrs.

Why would somebody use jamhappi ?

We’re glad you asked.

  1. Membership is free!
  2. Think about how much time it takes to go to the local card shop and pick the right card.
  3. We’ll help you find the perfect card quickly and easily.
  4. We’ll handwrite and post your greeting card ON TIME.
  5. No more belated (or worse yet, missed!) birthdays or anniversaries. No more excuses like 'The shop was closed' or 'I completely forgot, I’m so sorry!' And what's most important - no more guilt!

Do you send to International customers?

Yes we do! For delivery to customers anywhere outside the UK, our shipping costs are shown when you order your greeting card.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How secure is my payment?

We use HSBC as our payment partner and have secure links with them. All links between your PC and our website are also secure. We also offer Paypal.

Once registered, will my details be used by any other company?

We do not share your details with any other company.

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order through Your Planner under ‘My Orders’ and or under My Account details. In addition, you will be emailed every time we dispatch an order for you.

Is V.A.T included in the cost of the cards?

Yes, V.A.T is already included in the cost of the cards.

CARDS

Will you handwrite a message in the card for me?

Yes, jamhappi handwrite each and every message in your greeting card.

Will you send my card direct to the recipient?

Yes, we will post your card if that is what you want. If you use a contact from your address book or add a new contact, then we will send it direct to that person.

Can I buy blank cards and have them sent back to me?

Yes, you can purchase blank cards and have them sent back to you for you to add your own personal message. We will also include an extra envelope so you can post your card yourself.

When will my card be posted?

All cards posted on your behalf are sent using a First Class Stamp so that it looks as though you sent it.

After 2pm Mon-Fri: Following day
After 2pm Fri: Following Monday
Saturday & Sunday*: Following Monday
Public Holidays: Following working day

*Unless it is a Bank Holiday in the United Kingdom, when all cards will be posted the next working day.

When will my card be delivered?

The Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of all First Class Mail the next working day. However, to avoid any disappointment, please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive on time.

If I have a question, concern, or problem, how do I address it?

We understand that you might be anxious to give us a call if you come across any problems. Staffing phones poses two problems:

  1. When you call and you are put on hold, it can be frustrating
  2. We'd have to raise the price of our service to cover the expense.

Thus, we’ve set up the following system:

  1. Go to Contact Us at the bottom of the screen
  2. Submit an email explaining your issue
  3. Don’t forget to include your name and any other relevant details.

We endeavor to get back to you within 24hrs or much sooner! Don’t worry—we know if we don’t respond in time, we’ll lose you and potentially your friends as customers!
